Process: Stand with arms and hands down at a 45 degree angle from the sides of the body, elbows locked. Raise up on your toes. Lean forward as far as possible, bending the head gently back.
Meditation: Chant 're-al-i-ty' as you see a ruby flame consume you and burn up all unreality.
Benefits: Removes neuroses, especially obsessions and addictions. Helps one to be honest with oneself and others.
